Rob’s super powers include his incredible knowledge of computer network design and support, as well as his uncanny ability to support clients and Ouncers, alike, with complex technical and strategic problems of any kind.

Rob oversees OunceIT’s Client Services, which includes day-to-day technical support of our clients. Rob is also responsible for setting strategic technological direction for OunceIT clients and, working in partnership with members of OunceIT’s and our clients’ teams, for the design and implementation phases.

He has a background in engineering, technical theater, and has even taught some incredible classes including a computer-aided design and 3D printing class.

Rob joined OunceIT in January of 2013 and immediately became an integral part of the team. Rob is known to stay calm and collected in the most stressful situations, and both our clients and the rest of the OunceIT appreciate him for that!
