OunceIT’s Team Values
We believe strong relationships and effective collaborative work both start with shared values. These are the six values that guide every Ouncer in all interactions, with colleagues and clients
Partnership: We are one cohesive team. We are committed, through word and deed, to a collaborative and supportive approach to our combined success.
Trust: We are accountable professionals who engender trust with and for each other.
Accountability: We follow through on our promises and commitments, including attending all meetings/events/shifts and projects prepared and on time.
Bravery: We value a growth mindset and are courageous in our own development. We optimize our strengths and mitigate our developmental areas. We take calculated risks. We see vulnerability as a strength.
Integrity: Our actions match our words and promises. We accept responsibility for our mistakes and failures. We embody our values even when nobody's watching, and we inspire others to do the same through our own actions.
Delight: We appreciate and accept each other and take pride, joy, and delight in what we do together.
For almost two decades, OunceIT has partnered with educational institutions, non-profits, and small businesses. What originated in our founder's wish that schools deserved a better way to manage technology has grown into a team that resembles the IT department of a large organization. We are a group of individuals with complementary experience and expertise, united by a shared belief: I.T. takes a team®.
We believe our most important asset is our people. We take the time to carefully select, train and develop our employees’ skill sets, and we provide the same careful attention when selecting our clients. When we plan ahead and work strategically together, we save time, make better use of resources, and avoid frustration down the road. We look at every engagement through the lens of people, process, and platforms, because technology only works when all three are working together.
That's why creative, collaborative problem-solving isn't an occasional thing for us, it's daily practice.
Meet Our Team
Jeremy Angoff | Founder and CEO
I began my career in education, setting out with a degree from BU's School of Education and several years' experience teaching theater and then technology in New England independent schools. I learned a lot on the job, wearing several hats simultaneously: a teacher, a network and server admin, a help desk manager, and a data base manager. I oversaw my school's transition from dial-up to high speed Internet, while simultaneously managing the transition through Y2K. All this while providing tech support to faculty, staff, and students.
I knew there had to be an easier way to support the growing technical needs of a small school. I consulted independently for a variety of schools and businesses for several years. This first-hand experience was the inspiration for OunceIT.
As OunceIT’s CEO, I lead our team as we work with schools, non-profits, and small businesses in and around Massachusetts. We advise on the intentional use of technology for teaching and learning, process improvement, change management, and communication.
I am also on the Board at Thacher Montessori School in Milton, MA. I am a licensed pilot, I've been a radio DJ and a professional cook, and while I still escape to the kitchen, I also escape to the woods on a regular basis where I enjoy hiking and camping. I enjoy every minute I can with my wife and son.

Operations
Wendy - COO
Wendy joined OunceIT bringing twenty-five years of general management and operations experience across the high-tech, professional services, and human resource industries. Driven by a desire to make a sustained, impactful difference in schools and non-profits, she now manages the leadership team and oversees service delivery. Her daily focus is building and sustaining the robust systems, policies, and processes required to scale the enterprise into a best-in-class IT provider while firmly protecting the company's cool culture. When she's not at work, Wendy can be found cooking, gardening, or hanging out with her golden doodle, Harry.
"I value bravery because to create and sustain a championship service delivery team we need to have the courage to optimize our strengths and develop our weaknesses. It takes honest truthful looking in the mirror both collectively and individually.”
Amelia - Director of Operations
"Accountability is how I know when I'm doing work I can be proud of and showing up for my team the way they need me to. Holding myself and others accountable reduces anxiety of 'missing something' and means I can always answer questions and concerns from a place of having put my best foot forward."
Amelia joined OunceIT in 2018 after serving as a Lead Genius at Apple Retail, looking for room to grow into technical and operational leadership outside of traditional retail customer service. She organizes the chaos behind the scenes by managing procurement, finance, project management, and the service desk, ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed. Amelia also teaches and performs aerial arts for a local circus program.
"Integrity is the value that resonates most deeply with me, as it forms the foundation for many other virtues. I firmly believe that when you operate with integrity, people will trust you completely at any given moment. Ultimately, trust serves as the driving force in all areas of life, and the workplace is certainly no exception."
