Henry | Director of Service Operations

Henry joins OunceIT’s leadership team as our new Director of Service Operations after spending 10 years at Feeney Brothers Utility Services. Through the course of his tenure there he managed onsite and remote support teams delivering excellent customer service. Before moving on to his next adventure, Henry implemented several measures to create a more efficient and user-friendly environment.

Henry brings with him a wide range of hands-on and management experience. He has not only led critical projects such as domain, network, and email migrations, he has also primarily conducted most of the efforts to complete those projects as well. He is not one to shy away from hard work and enjoys the moments of success with his peers.
