Antanas's professional guiding light is to take something chaotic, messy, and undefined and bring about order, clarity, and definition. Through the last seven years at OunceIT, he has held many positions at OunceIT and, in the last two, he has proven himself in New Client Engagement.

As the Assistant Director, Antanas leads the NCE department through the early stages of taking in new clients, preparing them for long-term successful partnerships with OunceIT. He is a proven leader and he enjoys coaching his staff to be the best they can be as they provide an unparalleled support experience for our clients. In technology, he is a strong generalist while being skilled especially in risk mitigation, systems management and analysis, and large-scale endpoint deployments.

Prior to OunceIT, Antanas had experience in technology support, social media consulting, and web development for fellow artists. Outside of technology, he had experience in food and beverage sales, technical theater projections and sound design, and as a regularly performing and teaching musician.

Antanas is also a husband and father of two very curious children. As a musician, he is part of the Irish traditional music group Kileeshill as well as a soloist and chorister specializing in classical and folk music. He also is a practicing martial artist studying Shorin-Ryu (Karate), Kobudo (hard weapons), and training towards the next level of internationally recognized teacher certification.
