Amelia | Operations Manager

Amelia came to OunceIT in 2018 with a diverse background in technical support, technical team leadership, customer service, cyber security, computer science, tutoring, and coaching. In her tenure at OunceIT, Amelia has worked in client services as a technician and team lead, procurement and vendor management, new client engagement, and operations. She is a people-person, always excited to build new relationships and connect with her team and clients alike, and thrives when she can create order, organization, and process to support her team.

In her spare time, Amelia is a circus teacher and performer in the greater Boston area with Green Dragon Circus. She is a food enthusiast, always eager to explore new foods, particularly spicy ones. Amelia is also an avid board-gamer, with the occasional foray into chaotic video games as well. She loves a cozy afternoon on the couch with her family, including cats Pepper and Cornbread.
